Pablo Figueroa is a Spanish qualified lawyer and member of the Brussels Bar, based in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and has more than 10 years of experience
working in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Figueroa specialises in European law and, in particular, in merger control, having worked recently as the lead associate in several Phase II merger investigations before the
European Commission involving unilateral, coordinated and vertical theories of harm.
Mr Figueroa also has significant experience in EU pharmaceutical law as well as in litigation, having represented clients before the EU courts and the Spanish courts.
Mr Figueroa is a guest lecturer on competition law at the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain, and at Oxford University, United Kingdom, and an editor of the World Competition, Law and Economics Journal (Kluwer).
Mr Figueroa is ranked as a competition law expert for Spain in Competition/European Law by Chambers Global 2017.
