Sarah McCague is a senior associate in the Arthur Cox pensions group, which she joined in 2007 after completing her training with the firm. She advises employers and pension scheme trustees on the establishment and day-to-day operation of pension schemes, including drafting scheme documentation and booklets, and reviewing investment management agreements and agreements governing relationships with service providers. She also advises on scheme reorganisations and the pensions elements of corporate transactions.
Ms McCague holds a BCL and an LLM (commercial) from University College Dublin and a diploma in employment law from the Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers in Ireland and is currently a co-optee to its governing council. She was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2007.
