Katherine Johnson joined the firm in 2011 as a trainee, and was commissioned as an Isle of Man advocate in 2013 after a two-year period of articles and being awarded a commendation in the Manx Bar exams. She practises a broad range of corporate matters, including fund and financial services and insurance and regulatory advice. She has also assisted with a diverse range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, banking and asset finance transactions and multijurisdictional corporate restructuring.
