Shione Kinoshita is a partner at Dai-ichi Fuyo Law Office. She graduated from Waseda University in 1982 and earned an LLM from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1992. She served as a vice chairman of Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association in 2004–2005. She was a visiting professor of the University of Tokyo School of Law in 2010–2013 and has been a vice president for human rights of the Tokyo Institute of Technology since 2013. She has been involved in a number of labour cases including collective bargaining, labour management, and litigation in the District, High and Supreme Courts, as well as before labour tribunals. She also handles non-contentious negotiation and settlement matters. Her clients include major companies in the retailing, data processing, manufacturing, and financial services as well as governmental agencies.
