Tawanda Nyamasoka, a partner of the firm, graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2006 with an LLB (Hons) degree. He was admitted as a legal practitioner and conveyancer in March 2007 and into partnership in January 2013. Before joining the firm, he was with the Attorney General’s Office, now the National Prosecuting Authority, where he worked as a public prosecutor, thereby attaining a strong background and bias towards criminal law. His areas of focus are labour law, commercial law, litigation, advisory and such other related matters from which he has gained considerable experience in drafting agreements and opinions as well as appearing in court for labour, criminal and commercial related matters. He has also received international instructions from foreign based law firms and organisations. He has also handled big commercial transactions in respect of schemes of arrangement between members of a company or with creditors in share buyouts.
