Carl Arthur Christiansen, partner, is head of the firm’s competition law group. Carl has been retained in a number of cartel cases, for example in the construction sector. In addition to his competition law practice Carl has extensive experience in providing advice in connection with acquisitions, financing and various forms of commercial cooperation. Carl has particular experience in the construction industry, IT and oil service and the retail and service sectors.
