Carina Lawlor is a partner in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution department and is a member of the regulatory and investigations group and banking and financial services disputes group. She has particular experience in administrative and public law and regularly advises on investigations and inquiries compliance, white-collar crime and corporate offences, banking and financial services disputes, anti-corruption/bribery legislation and document disclosure issues. She has acted in numerous judicial review proceedings and regularly advises clients and regulatory bodies on regulatory inquiries.

Carina is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars in relation to a wide range of topics including regulatory enforcement, document disclosure and retention issues, and confidentiality and privilege.
