Vincent’s practice focuses on banking, employment and complex commercial disputes, as well as contentious investigations and inquiries.
He has substantial experience in acting for clients, including banking and financial institutions, major corporates, statutory bodies and regulators, on complex contentious matters relating to credit and security, securities and corporate fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, restraint of trade, and disputes between shareholders or joint venture partners, including acting as counsel at trial and on appeal. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory and risk management issues.
Vincent is recognised for his expertise in employment by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2016) where he is recommended as a ‘leading individual’.
Vincent’s articles have been published in various law journals. He has also jointly authored a number of law reform reports, and contributed to numerous leading practitioner texts, including the Singapore Civil Procedure 2016, Bullen & Leake & Jacob’s Singapore Precedents of Pleadings (2016), and the Criminal Law and Civil Procedure volumes of Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore.
