Michail Parchimovič is a senior associate in Motieka & Audzevičius’s corporate and M&A practice group. He has experience acting in a wide variety of corporate and capital market transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures, with a particular focus on cross-border deals within the EU. His key specialisation lies in the management of M&A transactions.

Mr Parchimovič’s portfolio includes transactions of acquisitions of companies operating in a wide range of industries: retail, finance, manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, energy, entertainment, etc. His track record includes advising on complex commercial law issues, and working hand-in-hand with major local and Scandinavian clients seeking an excellent service and in-depth understanding of their high-value financial transactions. Recent projects include advising MCB Finance Group, a multinational group of companies engaged in consumer credit business, in a bond issuance with a follow-up security arrangement; consulting with Amari Metals Europe Ltd, an international multi-metal distributor with a network of service centres covering whole Europe, in the acquisition of 10 stock operators in nine countries from NASDAQ OMX Helsinki listed Outokumpu, a global leader in stainless steel; providing legal assistance to AS Alexela Energia, the Estonian energy holding company, on its acquisition of Veolia’s waste-handling business in Estonia and Lithuania; and legal support to AB Linas Agro, the agricultural and food production, processing and marketing chain, on a set of business sale transactions.
Mr Parchimovič obtained his law degrees from Moscow State Industrial University (BA in law with summa cum laude honours, 2002) and Vilnius University (MA in commercial law, 2008). Currently, Mr Parchimovič is working on his PhD thesis at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
