Marie-Béatrice Noble is a founding partner of MNKS, which she established in 2004 together with Katia Scheidecker when they took over the former Landwell team.

She began her career as a bankruptcy litigator before joining Coopers & Lybrand and Landwell in Luxembourg. In 1997, she launched the firm’s corporate and employment law departments while also leading the firm’s corporate practice from that time.

She focuses on corporate structuring projects involving mainly UK and US clients and M&A and real estate transactions related to the acquisition of domestic and European targets, through joint venture companies and other Luxembourg vehicles (non-regulated). She also advises on structuring carried interest and is involved in the implementation of incentive schemes in the private equity context. In addition, her expertise includes advising in relation to disputes between shareholders.
