Rosinah is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions and corporate practice group of Azmi & Associates. Rosinah focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, oil and gas, government concession and privatisation, venture capital and aviation.

Rosinah graduated with a bachelor of laws (LLB) degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England and obtained her bar-at-law qualification from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, England. She also holds a master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen in Germany. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor at the High Court of Malaya in December 1994.

Throughout her practice, Rosinah has been involved in various commercial transactions including M&A, corporate restructuring and joint ventures (domestic and cross-border). Her experience covers all aspects of transactional work (i.e., due diligence, documentation, negotiation and regulatory compliance). She handles transactions involving local and foreign entities, government-linked companies and has represented the government on a major IT project.

Rosinah has recently been recommended as a commercial lawyer in the field of corporate, mergers and acquisitions in the 2015 edition of The Asia Pacific Legal 500 – The Guide to Asia’s Law Firms.
