Thérèse Loffet is part of the corporate and finance practice group. She specialises in corporate advice, corporate reorganisations, M&A and governance structures, with a focus on public enterprises and prudentially supervised institutions. She has been involved in major bank and insurance acquisitions and reorganisations, particularly in the context of the financial crisis and in many cross-border transactions. Thérèse also has a substantial expertise in investment funds reorganisations.

She is the co-author of articles on directors and officers liability insurance as well as fund reorganisations.

Thérèse has been a teaching assistant at the University of Brussels since 2016. She holds a law degree from the University of Louvain (UCL 2006). During her studies, she studied for six months at the Universidade Santa Ursula Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Thérèse joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2006.
