Christopher practises in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation including will, trust and incapacity planning, advice to executors and trustees, and estate litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011. Prior to joining O’Sullivan Estate Lawyers, Christopher was an associate at a tax boutique where he had a broad tax planning and dispute resolution practice. He has authored articles and presented on estate planning topics for the Ontario Bar Association, as well as co-authored articles on the topic of the taxation of partnerships for the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Tax Conference.
