He has experience in a broad range of domestic and international corporate restructurings and bankruptcies – representing debtors, creditors, banks, asset acquirers and other strategic parties in connection with pre-packaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, Chapter 15 proceedings, bankruptcy litigation and section 363 sales. He is particularly well versed in structuring creative solutions for debtor reorganisations involving legacy liability concerns.
