Anna Wyrzykowska is a counsel at WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr and co-head of the company law and corporate governance team. She also co-heads the French desk. She specialises in company law, mergers, divisions and corporate transformation processes, and preparing internal regulations with respect to corporate governance. She also manages M&A transactions, including the sale and acquisition of companies and enterprises and represents clients before common and administrative courts in matters related to company law and real estate. A graduate of the faculty of law and administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law at the Centre for American Law Studies, Anna holds a master’s degree in French and European business law from the University of Poitiers in France and has completed a postgraduate programme at Warsaw School of Economics entitled ‘The Legal Basis of the Construction Process’. She is a co-author of the book Limited Liability Companies: A Practical Guide and recently published book Liability of Members of Capital Company Governing Bodies.
