Erin is a Senior Associate in McCabes’ workplace relations, employment and safety team. Her experience includes advising on employment contracts, contractor agreements, company policies, employee handbooks, workplace investigations and employment due diligence reports. Erin also conducts workplace training, including in respect of workplace investigations and performance management of employees. Erin understands the complexities of people management and provides pragmatic, commercially astute advice, having qualifications in law, human resources management and industrial relations.
