Gustavo Delgado is a member of the dispute resolution and public law practice groups of Baker McKenzie in Santiago. In his five years of experience, Mr Delgado has focused his practice on public, constitutional and administrative law litigation and counselling. He served the Chilean government between 2012 and 2014, advising the Chief of the Ministry of Education’s Legal Division on regulatory disputes and other contentious legal matters. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2014.

Mr Delgado studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Cátolica de Chile Law School. Mr Delgado has been a teaching assistant on constitutional law since 2007, and administrative law since 2010 at the same university. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. He speaks Spanish and English.
