Emily Bradley is an associate in the financial regulation group at Slaughter and May in London. Her practice incorporates advisory, transactional and contentious work for a broad range of financial institutions. During her time at Slaughter and May, she has advised on the supervision and regulation of investment firms, banks, insurance companies and lenders. She has recently been involved in advising on the implementation of the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime, as well as providing advice to benchmark administrators on the impact of the upcoming implementation of the Benchmarks Regulation. Emily graduated with a degree in history from the University of Oxford in 2012, and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016.
