David Shone is an associate in the financial regulation group at Slaughter and May in London. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016. His practice incorporates advisory and transactional work for a broad range of financial institutions. During his time at Slaughter and May, he has advised on various aspects of the supervision and regulation of banks, in particular regulatory capital, governance arrangements, ring-fencing and the senior managers regime. Before becoming a solicitor, he graduated with a BA and MPhil in English from the University of Cambridge.
