Nodir Yuldashev, Senior associate, Grata law firm
Nodir Yuldashev joined the Tashkent office of GRATA Law Firm LLP in 2008. As a senior lawyer, he works with the Commercial Practice Group, particularly with clients in the oil and gas, energy, telecommunications, textile and automotive industries.
Prior to joining GRATA, Nodir worked as head of legal department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. He has considerable experience in the insolvency sector and advised on numerous investment projects related to oil and gas, telecommunications, petrochemical, textile, pharmaceutical and automotive investment projects. In addition to advising clients in Uzbekistan, Nodir has worked on projects in neighboring countries (including Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan).
In 2011 he has advised on corporate restructuring projects implemented in construction materials manufacturing plant, advised on merger of leading telecommunication service providers, defended shareholders rights with respect to illegal “squeezing-out” of a minority shareholder, successfully applied and received more than five antimonopoly permissions and had many other projects in Uzbek corporate laws sector.
