Daniel Bautista Guffanti is a partner at the law firm Bulló Abogados. He has been in charge of one of the firm’s litigation departments since 1995. He is a specialist in civil liability law, insurance and reinsurance law and commercial law.
Mr Guffanti graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina School of Law in 1983.
He is professor of civil and commercial obligations, torts law and insurance law at the Universidad Católica Argentina School of Law; professor of Contractual and Non Contractual Liability of Companies at the master's in musiness and economic law at the Universidad Católica Argentina School of Law; professor of insurance law for graduate courses at the School of Law of the same University. Besides, he was professor of “Case Methodology and Professional Practice” at the School of Law of the same University (2003–2007); professor of insurance law at graduate Career “Specialisation in Business Advisory Services” at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino; associate professor of Insurance Law at Universidad Austral School of Law (1999–2002); and associate professor of civil law I at Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora School of Law (1985–1986).
He is member of the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (Argentine Section), of the Insurance Law Committee of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and of the Civil Law Committee of the same institution.
Recently, he has published his book: “Obligaciones. Sobre los derechos y deberes de acreedores y deudores” (2 tomes), Buenos Aires, Editorial El Derecho, 2018.
Also, he has published many articles on insurance law and civil liability law.
