Małgorzata Szwaj is a partner and head of the competition and antitrust group in Poland and the CEE region. She specialises in Polish and European competition law and has experience in Polish and EU merger control, restrictive agreements, including cartels, abuses of dominant position, state aid and other areas of European law, including free movement of goods and services. She regularly represents clients before the OCCP and the Polish competition courts of first instance, as well as the European Commission.
