Henry Hachez specialises in all aspects of labour and employment law, with a particular focus on corporate immigration. For the past 10 years, he has been a regular speaker on corporate immigration issues at international conventions and seminars.

Mr Hachez received his law degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1996. He also holds a postgraduate degree in business and employment law from Ghent University (1997) and an LLM in international legal studies from Georgetown University Law Center (2001).

As a member of the Brussels Bar since 1997, he practised labour, employment and corporate immigration law on the same team of attorneys for 10 years (1997–2007), first at Linklaters De Bandt and then at Loyens Advocaten. Mr Hachez subsequently developed his own practice as a partner, first at Verhaegen Walravens from June 2007 to November 2011, then at VWEW Advocaten since December 2011.
