Yann Anselin is a senior associate in the antitrust, competition and regulatory department of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Paris.
Yann specialises in competition and European law. His practice focuses on cartel and abuse-of-dominant-position cases before national and EU authorities, and he deals with merger notifications both at national and European levels.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in October 2009, Yann worked for the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (2004–2005), for a Brussels public affairs consulting firm (2006), and for the law firm Dentons (formerly Salans LLP).
Yann holds a master’s degree in competition and European law from Saarland University in Germany (2004) and a master’s degree in international law and business from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2002).
Yann was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007.
