Seung Hyuck Han is a partner at Yulchon and practises primarily in the areas of antitrust and TMT. Mr Han advised Texas Instruments and Broadcom in the KFTC case regarding Qualcomm’s abuse of dominance, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc in the KFTC case regarding Intel’s abuse of dominance, and Samsung Electronics in the KFTC case regarding Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia’s handheld device business.

Mr Han is a frequent speaker at antitrust conferences, including most recently at the 2018 Asia Competition Association Annual Conference. He has been selected as a Future Leader (competition) under 45 by Who’s Who Legal: Competition and as a Recognised Practitioner (TMT) by Chambers Asia annually since 2017.

Mr Han has an LLB degree from Seoul National University and an LLM degreee from the University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practise in Korea and New York.
