Søren Toft Bjerreskov works primarily with company law, contracts law and securities regulation. Søren Toft Bjerreskov provides advice on a broad range of issues within these areas of law. In recent years, he has focused on shareholders’ agreements, including the correlation between shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, thus combining company law and contracts law, and disclosure obligations for issuers of listed securities. Søren Toft Bjerreskov is the author of an article about shareholders’ agreements that was printed in The Board of Directors Handbook (2013 and 2014), published by Børsen (a leading Danish journal for trade and industry).
Søren Toft Bjerreskov holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen (2005) and has earned an LLM degree from the University of Chicago Law School (2010). Søren Toft Bjerreskov was admitted to the Bar in 2008.
Before joining Plesner in 2007, Søren Toft Bjerreskov worked for two years in the Copenhagen office of the English law firm Eversheds LLP.
