Philippe Bhering is a graduate of the Candido Mendes University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (LLB) and holds a master’s degree (LLM) from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany. He has worked as guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law, and as a research assistant at the International Max Planck Research School for Competition and Innovation. He is a current PhD candidate at Ludwig Maximilian University. Mr Bhering specialises in trademarks; copyright; licensing; enforcement against unfair competition and counterfeiting; and IP litigation.
