Susan Song is an associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell’s estates and personal group. Ms Song received her JD from Columbia Law School in 2011 and her AB from Princeton University in 2005. She has participated in the representation of individuals and fiduciaries in a variety of matters, including estate and trust planning and administration, the structuring of private business and investment vehicles, real estate transactions and charitable planning. Ms Song is a co-author of the articles entitled ‘Sophisticated Estate Planning Techniques’ published in the July 2015 edition of Financial and Estate Planning, ‘Income Tax Reporting for Grantor Trusts’ published in the July 2014 edition of Estate Planning Review and ‘Grantor Trusts: Planning Opportunities and Fiduciary Accounting Rules’ published as part of the 2014 New York University 72nd Institute on Federal Taxation.
