Leopold Höher is a partner in the Wolf Theiss banking and finance practice group. He specialises in financing and restructuring transactions with a focus on advising national and international clients on domestic and cross-border structured debt financing transactions (in particular, project, acquisition and real estate financings, and corporate lending), secured finance transactions, (debt) restructuring transactions and non-performing loan transactions. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Leopold worked at the Vienna and Prague offices of one of the major law firms in Austria. He has extensive experience as counsel to lenders and arrangers as well as debtors and sponsors in Austria and central and eastern Europe. Leopold completed his studies at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2005), and is the author of various publications on selected issues of Austrian banking and capital markets law.
