Chris Anderson is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in the taxation practice group. His practice concentrates on all aspects of domestic and international tax planning for corporations and individuals, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate finance, trusts, goods and services and sales taxes, and the structuring of executive compensation plans. He also represents taxpayers in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial taxation authorities.

He has lectured on international tax as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, and has delivered a number of presentations on tax-related issues for the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
