Efrat Tzur is an associate in HFN’s corporate and securities department. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on providing ongoing advise for public companies, as well as advising on public offerings of securities on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange and advising companies on M&A and investment transactions.
