Krzysztof Ciepliński is an advocate at Gide Warsaw.
He specialises in court litigation and enforcement, as well as in international and domestic arbitration and, both in civil and commercial disputes, with particular focus on construction disputes and cross-border aspects of restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
He also focuses on intellectual property law matters, especially on unfair competition and trade secrets, patents and inventions, research and development projects, technology transfer and licensing, as well as on IP-related aspects of commercial transactions.
He is recommended by Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe in the dispute resolution category. In 2013, he was honoured in ‘Rising Stars. Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow’, a ranking organised by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, a renowned Polish daily newspaper, and LexisNexis.
