Roman advises clients on compliance with Russian anti-monopoly legislation, participates in conducting anti-monopoly due diligence, undertakes matters in relation to cartel investigations and represents clients during dawn raids and before the Federal Antimonopoly Service. He also actively participates in projects related to obtaining merger-control clearance, including for foreign companies doing business in Russia. Roman advises clients such as Dell, Billa, Wood Group, Honda Motor and Honeywell, among others.
Roman graduated from the international trade law department of MGIMO University, and completed the master’s programme at the law department of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.


Roman is a member of the Competition Support Association for the CIS countries
