Kevin K Graham is a counsel, barrister and solicitor, and a patent and trademark agent at Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh. He has practised in the areas of intellectual property litigation and industrial design, trademark and patent prosecution for over 20 years. His litigation practice spans all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and industrial designs, as well as related contractual and competition law issues. Kevin has in-depth experience advising on IP litigation strategies, negotiating settlements, conducting discoveries, evidence preparation, cross-examinations and preparing persuasive written and oral arguments before trial and appellate courts. He also has experience in arbitration proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution processes.
