Tom Jarvis is the chair of the Winston & Strawn’s ITC practice who litigates patent and other unfair competition cases at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Over the past 30 years, Tom has totaled more than 150 trial days as lead trial counsel in ITC Section 337 cases.
