A consultant with Corrs’ employment, labour and safety team, Professor Anthony Forsyth oversees the firm’s thought leadership in workplace relations and workplace health and safety. Anthony publishes regular articles on new legislation, case law and policy, delivers seminars to clients and in-house colleagues, and provides practical advice to corporate and public sector clients on employment and workplace relations issues.
Anthony is also a law professor in the graduate school of business and law at RMIT University, where he teaches labour law and legal research in the university’s juris doctor programme. His research covers collective bargaining, union recognition, workplace dispute resolution, trade unions and labour hire. In 2015–2016, Anthony chaired the independent inquiry into the labour hire industry and insecure work by the Victoria government.
