Marissa Mastroianni is an associate in the labour and employment law department of Proskauer Rose. Ms Mastroianni assists clients in a broad spectrum of employment litigation matters before US federal and state courts. The matters she handles include discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contracts and retaliation actions. She also advises multinational employers and international non-profit organisations on a variety of employment law and compliance matters.
Ms Mastroianni received a JD, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the Seton Hall Law Review and was a member of the Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court team. Ms Mastroianni earned her BA in international relations and political science from Lehigh University, where she graduated with highest honours.
