As a senior associate in the employment group, Isabel Pizarro Guevara focuses on day-to-day labour and social security consultancy issues, as well as transactional and due diligence matters. Isabel is also actively engaged in the transferring of personnel, employee investigations and terminations, and international anti-corruption investigations and interviews.
She is also committed to pro bono work and has been recognised for her involvement with international human rights organisations. In 2014, she was given the firm’s award for her dedication to pro bono.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Isabel worked in the Mexican Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare and in two high-profile Mexican law firms.
