Erika Ellyne is specialised in IT law and intellectual property. Her practice covers both dispute resolution and advisory matters. She graduated from the University of Brussels (ULB 2008) and then proceeded to complete an LLM in European and International Law (VUB 2009). Thereafter, she remained at the VUB as a researcher, at the heart of the Law, Science, Technology and Society Studies (LSTS) research centre. During her time as a researcher, Erika’s work focused on competition law and intellectual property. Furthermore, she received the BAEF fellowship to conduct research for a year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
