Maren Jergolla-Wagner is a senior associate at Wolf Theiss, with IP and IT as her primary assignments. She is also active in litigation and unfair competition law. After having worked for four years as a research assistant in IP law at the University of Mannheim, Germany, Maren joined Wolf Theiss as associate in 2005. She became senior associate in 2009. She holds a law degree from the law faculty in Mannheim (Germany), as well as an LLM from the University of Cambridge, England. A highly qualified and skilled IP lawyer, Maren is particularly involved in cases concerning trademark law, design law, copyright law, anti-counterfeiting and licensing and distribution law. She is also active in the life science industry group of Wolf Theiss, representing and co-representing high value clients on matters relating in particular to pharmaceutical and medical device law, including advertisement law. She has contributed to several reputable publications, both as author and co-author.
