Samuel is an associate in the financial services department. He regularly advises on a regulatory and compliance matters within the financial services arena, such as licensing and conduct of business requirements and anti-money laundering.
Samuel also takes a keen interest in the FinTech sphere. He has advised various players in the FinTech industry such as virtual currency exchanges, virtual currency issuers and technology companies on the regulatory issues involved in services such as digital payments, virtual currency offerings and blockchain technology.
Samuel graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2015. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016 after completing his training contract with Allen & Gledhill LLP and has been with the firm since.
