Jules Bourboulon has worked as a tax practitioner in major international law firms in Paris and in Monaco since 2011. He has developed a strong experience in tax advice to international group of companies, entrepreneurs and high net worth private clients engaged in cross border activities. 

Jules assists clients involved in a large scale of economic areas on the tax structuring of their activities and investments, and regularly intervenes in the context of cross-borders acquisitions, financing and reorganizations. He also assists clients in connection with any tax matters arising from the management of their business and help them in their correspondences with the tax authorities, including during tax litigations.

Jules is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where he obtained a Master 2 degree in International Tax Law, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013.
