Caique Bernardes Magalhães Queiroz is an attorney with experience in both domestic and international arbitration, administered by, inter alia, the ICC, CAM-CCBC and CMA CIESP-FIESP.

He is a coach in international competitions, such as the 12th Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot in Miami, United States (2019), the 11th Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot in Stockholm, Sweden (2018) and the 24th Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria (2016–2017), having integrated the team of the latter in its 22nd edition (2014–2015). He participated in the 2013 Hiroshima University Summer Programme for Peace and Law, a course on international law and human rights in Hiroshima, Japan.

He is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee and the Research Group on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, coordinated by the Center for Global Trade and Investment Studies of the School of Economics of São Paulo, the Brazilian Arbitration Students’ Association, the New Arbitralists Initiative Study Group of AMCHAM and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
