Katerina Novakova is a senior associate at Wolf Theiss, Sofia. She has over 15 years of senior professional experience in the natural gas sector, providing legal advice on the European and national regulatory framework in a wide spectrum of issues including public procurement law, energy supply and distribution, E&P matters and mining law. Katerina’s previous experience includes working for Overgas Inc in Bulgaria as a chief legal counsel, where she was involved in ongoing legal consulting in connection with the project Gasification of Bulgarian Cities, covering all aspects from distribution matters (network development, access rights, metering) through supply chain and consumer rights, to spatial and tax issues.
