Danny Beeton is of counsel in the tax law practice of Arendt & Medernach, where he advises clients on the economic aspects of transfer pricing, including valuations and ongoing charges. He helps particularly in the areas of financing and intangibles.

Danny gained his doctorate in economics from the University of London in 1986. He has acted as editor-in-chief of the journal Transfer Pricing Forum and as a committee member for the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Confederation of British Industry.

He gives postgraduate classes on transfer pricing at the University of London and presents transfer pricing updates and training in other jurisdictions. He has published over 100 articles and book chapters on transfer pricing and other aspects of tax and economics.
