Mr Li specialises in regulatory compliance, internal and government investigation, criminal defence, data security, tax, white collar crime prevention, employment arbitration and dispute resolution. Mr Li is well versed in conducting investigations from both a Chinese and relevant foreign law perspective, helping multinational and state-owned enterprises to identify potential wrong-doers, assessing parameters of potential liability, as well as interacting with multi-jurisdiction government authorities.
