Marina Allamani is the partner of the tax practice heading the real estate tax practice of Zepos & Yannopoulos. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1995 and joined the firm in 2000. She has received an LLB from the University of Athens, an LLM in international business legal studies from the University of Exeter and an MSc on business legal studies for law practitioners from Alba Graduate Business School.

Marina specialises in income taxation, international taxation, real estate and M&A. She has extensive experience in real estate projects and regularly advises international and domestic clients on the structure of their acquisitions, on financing arrangements and on a variety of tax issues relating to real estate (such as corporate income tax, the special real estate tax and real estate transfer taxes). She is also actively involved in advising clients on international business transactions, including joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions. Marina has worked with multinational companies active in the construction sector and has advised them in relation to tax issues pertaining to infrastructure projects and concession agreements. 

Marina is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek and English.
