Roald Nashi is a partner in the Washington, DC and Houston offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Roald specialises in representing private equity sponsors on various forms of financings of energy and infrastructure assets in the power, oil and gas, mining and petrochemical sectors, including bank and bond financings, preferred equity and other mezzanine financings, leveraged lease, margin loan facilities and tax structured financings. Roald attended Cornell University, where he earned both a law degree and a PhD in logic.
