Wen-Yueh Chung is a Senior Partner of Formosa Transnational. His practice includes intellectual property, international business, corporate matters, franchising, labor laws, debt collection, litigation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, and construction. Based on solid graduate studies and training at the Law School of Kyoto University in Japan, Mr. Chung assists Japanese clients in entering and doing business in Taiwan. He works closely with Japanese companies to manage and protect their business interests and intellectual property rights. He represents one of the most popular Japanese entertainment brands and advises on strategies for and takes actions to build solid trademark portfolios, to eliminate counterfeits, and to negotiate and complete licensing agreements in the Taiwan market. Mr. Chung also provides comprehensive legal services in assisting Japanese companies in corporation registrations, employment policies and strategies, legal compliance checks, and business contract reviews.

Mr. Chung has been counsel to the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Taipei (JCCI) and Japanese-Taiwan Exchange Association (JTEA) for many years.
