David H Pyun is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. As a member of the firm’s real estate practice, Mr Pyun is known for advising clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions and leasing in the office, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors as well as joint venture and development transactions. Mr Pyun advises Korea’s largest asset management companies as well as corporate clients and other foreign and domestic financial institutions on a large spectrum of domestic and cross-border investment transactions.
Mr Pyun also has substantial experience in a range of corporate and finance law areas, including joint ventures and corporate finance matters including corporate credit facilities, high-yield bond offerings and structured finance transactions.
Throughout his career, Mr Pyun has been actively involved in many high-profile transactions in Korea and overseas, including investment transactions in the United States, Asia (including India), Europe, Australia and South America.
Mr Pyun began his career in the New York and Los Angeles offices of Mayer Brown. Mr Pyun received his JD from the New York University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and is a member of both the New York and California Bars.
